Canson^® Fontenay^® is 100% cotton, mould-made, watermarked paper for watercolours. It is tough, being pulp and surface-sized. Its dimensional stability reduces the risk of paper deformation when exposed to water. Compliant with the ISO 9706 standard, this acid-free paper delivers great longevity, the best possible protection against ageing.

Its natural whiteness is obtained without any optical brightness additives, which might cause yellowing.
